The Phoenix

THE PHOENIX is a symbol of transformation and rebirth. It is born anew to rise from the ashes of what came before.
    This mythical bird features in many culture's mythology.
The model is stitched on 'Sparkling Sundown' linen by Silkweaver Fabric (DMC equivalent colors 754/3779) using two strands of floss over two fabric threads.
Approximate design size (152 x 198 stitches):
    9.5" x 12.5" on 32 count linen
    11.0" x 14.25" on 28 count linen

The pattern has four pages. The backstitching chart is shown seperately upon the reverse of each page. This design is only available as a chart pack.
